I’m Dr. Sinduja Jayaraj, a board-certified Family Medicine physician at Olivehealth DPC. Through Direct Primary Care, I offer longer visits, real relationships, and compassionate care that sees the whole person, guiding you to lasting wellness.
Book an AppointmentUnhurried medicine built on relationships — a smaller patient panel and longer visits, so your doctor truly knows you. Discover how I care.
The best care happens before you’re sick. Screenings, early intervention, and education keep you ahead of your health — for every member of the family.
Nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have. I weave practical, culture-aware food guidance into your care — starting on your plate.
With additional training in integrative medicine, I look beyond symptoms — at lifestyle, stress, sleep, and habits — to support your complete picture.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Originally from Vellore, India, I moved to Lexington after medical school and completed my Family Medicine residency at the University of Kentucky. I’ve cared for patients across Kentucky since 2020, and this community has become home — where my husband and I are raising our three children.
I’m board certified in Family Medicine, with grant-supported training in integrative medicine from the Andrew Weil Center. I care for the whole family, at every stage of life — and what drives me most is prevention and patient education, helping you understand your body and make changes that last.
Off the clock, you’ll find me in the kitchen, around a full table with family and friends, or keeping up with our three little ones — usually with a quiet cup of chai nearby.
Make an AppointmentFrom newborns to grandparents, I provide personalized, evidence-based family medicine — uncovering root causes and building care plans around your life, not just your symptoms.
Make an AppointmentBecause every patient deserves to feel heard, understood, and truly well — I practice medicine with deeper listening, personalized plans, and time enough to care.
Make an AppointmentI don’t just treat symptoms — we identify and address what’s underneath them.
Direct Primary Care means a smaller panel and longer visits — you’re never just a number.

Andrew Weil Center training brings lifestyle, nutrition, and mind-body tools into your plan.
